Exchanges and Returns
We will happily provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind on full priced items if the following conditions are met:
- All exchanges are lodged within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- Garments are still in as new condition (unworn and in original packaging).
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
- We recommend using a postal tracking method or postage insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods being returned to us.
- We do not offer exchanges for Sale items.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Should you receive a faulty item please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our customer care team will assess the garment and if a genuine fault is found, a replacement, store credit or refund will be issued.
We will require a proof of purchase to action any faulty returns.
The cost of return postage will be refunded for any garments once received by us and approved as faulty. Please include the postage receipt in your return parcel.
